About Alberta Sports Hall of Fame
With a vision to preserve and celebrate Alberta’s rich sports history for all to enjoy, and with over 7,000 square feet of exhibit space, the Alberta Sports Hall of Fame and Museum is an interactive, hands-on celebration of Alberta’s sporting history.
The Alberta Sports Hall of Fame and Museum also has over 7,000 artifacts of Alberta Sports history in its collection, showcasing many of these items in a number of displays.

At the Alberta Sports Hall of Fame, it won’t take you too long to find your heroes. In fact, they
are around every corner.
From Alberta greats to the pioneers of the game, our facility shares and protects the province’s
rich sporting heritage.
Within our facility, you will find interactive displays and games, a variety of galleries outlining the history of sports, exhibits, and the Alberta Sports Hall of Fame. Our current feature exhibit, “Hometown Hockey”, examines the history of the sport in Central Alberta.

Open year-round except Dec. 24-26, Jan 1, Good Friday, and Easter Sunday.
Summer Hours (May 1 – Oct 1)
Monday to Friday | 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Saturday, Sunday & Holidays | 10:00 am – 5:00 pm
Winter Hours (Oct 1 – May 1)
Closed on Mondays, except Holiday Mondays.
