Events Description
HEAR THE STARS OF TOMORROW
This year marks the 111th Annual Edmonton Kiwanis Music Festival – Canada’s first competitive music festival. Over 2,500 single and group entrants entered in over 1,000 classes will perform and compete!
Choirs, bands, singers, pianists, guitarists, harpists, speech students, musical theatre performers, string players, woodwind players, and brass players will be showcasing, in a variety of classes, what they have learned this year. Some will be recommended to represent Edmonton at the Provincial Music Festival, and some will win Scholarships, but all will share their passion in their chosen discipline.
There are several classes in which scholarships will be awarded including some very Special Scholarships.
