Trigan Nowruz Festival Proudly presents a selection of the best in show from the Persian arts and culture scene.
Join us in celebrating Nowruz, the Persian/Iranian New Year, with a three day festival of music, dance, theatre, film, visual arts, kids activities, food, and bazaar.
This festival includes numerous programming for children and features notable performances and events by prominent Iranian artists.
The Tirgan Nowruz Festival is rounded out by a diverse marketplace that present Iranian/Canadian arts and crafts, artisan cuisine, and a variety of culinary delights, as well as a traditional tea house.
The Tirgan Nowruz Festival, whose goal is to celebrate the ancient Nowruz tradition beyond the borders of Iran, has been made possible with the efforts of hundreds of volunteers from the Iranian-Canadian community alongside the support from Government of Canada.
