By Hamilton Amateur Astronomers Hamilton. Learn more about the eclipse and how to safely see it. Each participant will receive a free pair of solar eclipse glasses. At the event, you can safely view the sun through a solar telescope weather permitting. Also, learn about the different types of telescopes. For older kids 15 to 24, the Youth Opioid Awareness Program at the YMCA is offering a free online session on March 16th from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm where participants learn about the opioid crisis and how to develop coping mechanisms to stop substance use disorders. They can earn a certificate and a chance to win a YMCA membership. No registration needed.
