For older kids 15 to 24, the Youth Opioid Awareness Program at the YMCA is offering a free online session on March 16th from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm where participants learn about the opioid crisis and how to develop coping mechanisms to stop substance use disorders. They can earn a certificate and a chance to win a YMCA membership. No registration needed.

Another great camp option is Kicks for Kids camp! Each day kids get Taekwondo training and games, then a fun different activity each day, like laser tag, movies, trampoline park, indoor playground, and a maple festival! Call for your spot! (905) 878-9970

Maple taffy-in-the-snow, pancake lunches, lots of indoor and outdoor fun, new baby farm animals. See Ontario Parks’ event calendar for further details. http://www.ontarioparks.com/events

Day Family Pass (Unlimited one day travel) is $12.00 – This is currently available on Saturday, Sunday, or statutory holidays. If this offer is extended for March Break (nearer to March Break) we will mention it in this article. http://www.ttc.ca/Fares_and_passes/Passes/Day_Pass/index.jsp
