If you want boring, visit Calgary. I’ve been to funerals more exciting than this city. The people are so stuck-up and high on themselves. If working is your thing them move there. If fun is your thing, then move to the States because Calgary have the same crap since the 80’s. They pride themselves on alcoholics as if it’s an upgrade from the ape family.
We are trying to find some things to do with my elderly in-laws who are visiting next weekend. They have mobility issues, but are not using wheelchairs. We need to find things that are interesting yet require very little walking…
You can for scenic drives at Banff National Park. See Lake Minnewanka Loop & Bow Valley Parkway. Pull out at scenic stops. Also go for boat cruise at Lake Minnewanka. Go to Surprise Corner & Bow Falls
Do they have any one day tour packages including pick and drop.
Hi – See this Tour operator Website: http://rtbtours.ca/package/calgary-city-tours
Such a boring and expensive city!
Why is there no discount price for under 18 at the brewery???
most fun city EVER!!!
boring calgary
There’s a saying I use a lot. You’re not bored, you’re boring. Use your imagination, there’s an endless list of possibilities. This city is great!
what can we do that is indoor
We will publish an article which details indoor attractions & playgrounds shortly. All museums – Telus Spark, The Military Museums, Aerospace Museum, Calgary zoo had indoor pavilions, Calgary Tower, and also see Activities with kids – https://www.todocanada.ca/Things-to-do-in-Calgary-with-kids/
I love dis city
What about the Reader Rock Garden?
Thank you! We missed adding Reader Rock Garden to the list. We will do it today itself.
Drop in and watch a matinee downtown; after go to the Shamrock Hotel’s Sidetrack Grill and listen to some blues jam – or Mikey’s Juke Joint, or Blue’s Can..Next weekend – Sept 26, there is the OpenDoorsYYC.. lots of free new stuff..
sometimes we just have to entertain ourselves..
try the fishin on the glenmore at heritage park …. i’ll take a double ice cream cone, to go, for the walk back to my bros … excellent !!!
Omg there is nothing to do in this city. The list of c class activities and destinations in Calgary is embarrassing.
and expensive!!!!
Lots of free stuff and tons to do!
It is trut
