Bonavista Biennale: FLOE

BONAVISTA BIENNALE 2019: FLOE provides art-lovers with a Canadian multi-site visual art experience that engages the province of Newfoundland and Labrador, the country, and the world. This free, month-long event happens every two years on the Bonavista Peninsula in Newfoundland, drawing international visitors to this picturesque rural area of the province.

BONAVISTA BIENNALE 2019: FLOE will present works by leading contemporary artists from Newfoundland and Labrador, other parts of Canada, and the northeastern U.S. at a variety of locations around the Peninsula. An exhibition map will guide viewers from site to site as they travel through towns, outport fishing communities, spectacular coastal landscapes and into community buildings, historic structures and open fields.
