The First Bounce – The Bounce Games Park

Join us on Wednesday, June 5th for the first bounce at our brand new games park, located on the corner of 4th St & 8th Ave SE.

The Bounce is a space that celebrates an active lifestyle for all ages in an inner-city environment. Beyond a full-sized basketball court for both regular and 3×3 games, The Bounce also includes hop-scotch, four-square, and outdoor ping-pong.

On June 5th, we’ll have extra fun and games thanks to our friends at Recess Calgary, who will bring hula hoops, jump ropes, a parachute, ring toss, and bean bags. You can also watch local artist duo MAUD as they do live painting in the space. (They created the space’s colourful new mural!)

We’ll have some extra basketballs and equipment on hand, but following our kick-off, The Bounce Games Park is BYOG (bring your own gear).
