Join Robert Scott for a unique Halloween Night experience.
Our adventure begins in Holiday Inn & Suites in Medicine Hat. We will meet in the lobby and discuss briefly our itinerary. We will be touring FIVE abandoned houses south of Medicine Hat. Sunset is at 6:00pm and the full moon is rising at 6:24pm.
FIVE abandoned locations PLUS night photography lessons! Sunset is at 6pm. FULL Moonrise 6:24pm.
Please bring your own food and water with you as there will be no stops once the tour begins.
HOTEL
Holiday Inn & Suites: 9 Strachan Bay SE, Medicine Hat.
You are more than welcome to book a room at any other hotel in Medicine Hat.
I’ll be working on a room rate for anyone interested. Details coming soon.
EQUIPMENT
Camera/lenses/Batteries/Chargers/Memory Cards.
24mm lens or wider recommended & a telephoto lens for wildlife is an option.
Tripod/Cables/Fibre Lens Cloth/Shutter Release Cable.
Food/Water/Sunscreen/Warm Clothing.
Proper footwear with Ankle Supports.
Chair for the night photography session if you’d like.
Sunset is at 6:00pm. If it is overcast we should be leaving the location sooner than if it’s a clear night. We’ll definitely stick around and practice focusing on and shooting the stars if it’s clear. FULL MOON rises at 6:24pm. Fingers crossed we have a clear night!
You are to travel in your OWN vehicle, however if you know someone, carpooling is recommend to keep our convoy to a minimum.
DISCLAIMER
This is a photo TOUR, that means there should be a good working knowledge of your camera. Of course, I’ll be there to assist if anyone needs help. I’ll do my best but I don’t know everyone’s camera model. Please bring your camera manual for reference.
Please no drugs or alcohol.
This is a ONE TIME access photo tour. Please don’t ask me to give out the property owners information. I will not release that information. Please don’t share the locations with anyone or post the locations on social media.
If you return and don’t get permission and are caught, don’t name drop me. The main reason behind ‘Abandoned Photo Tours’ is to get people to these locations safely and with permission.
Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE. However you can transfer your ticket. Get in touch with me if you have any questions or concerns.
