Fold, mix, beat, cream – doesn’t this all mean the same thing? In this introductory course, you will prepare holiday-inspired treats while learning the fundamental techniques and terms in baking and pastry making. In this class you will receive a pastry blender to quickly cut butter or margarine into dry ingredients such as flour and sugar, and a pie chain to enable you to bake perfect, flat pie crusts every time! You will leave the class equipped with fundamental knowledge and lots of treats in hand!
