Events Description
Learn all about urban beekeeping with MOB Honey’s workshops at The Hive in East Village. You’ll get a tour of the five beehives along Riverfront Lane and get up close and personal with thousands of honey bees who live there!
Want to know how many eyes a honey bee has? Which plants are pollinator-friendly? What locally-made honey tastes like? Amber from MOB Honey will tell you just why bees are the world’s greatest superorganism, and how you can take local action for biodiversity.
Bee jackets with veils will be provided to all participants.
