Let’s celebrate the farmers who not only grow their grapes, but also artfully create some of our favourite sparkling wines. Sip your way through Cava, Cremant, and Champagne. Freshly shucked Oysters provided by Oyster Tribe, alongside our favourite cheese pairings of course. You’ll be sure to leave feeling a little bubbly yourself.
