ISU World Allround Speed Skating Championships

This World Championship event will showcase the top 48 long track skaters in the world who will compete for the title of World Allround Champion. The Allround Championships are the oldest and most prestigious of speed skating competitions. Each skater will compete in 4 distances over the 2 days of competition. This World Cup is the fifth competition of the Speed Skating World Cup series of 2019/2020. Calgary welcomes more than 20 countries, as the fastest skaters in the world will fight for the 500, 1000, 1500, 3000 and 5000 meters titles.
On Friday, the ladies compete in the 1000m and 3000m distances and the men compete in the 500m and 1500m distances. On Saturday, the ladies compete in the 500m and the 1500m distances and the men compete in the 1000m and 5000m distances.
