The up and coming Jellyfish Coffee is coming to Shelter! Get ready to explore a curated selection of Japanese coffees and unique creations March 4 to 6, 2021.
Brandon O’Shea will be preparing a delicious array of coffees along with other specially-prepared dishes such as pancakes with matcha ice cream, sesame, fruit and kinako powder, Shokupan Toast with brown butter, seasonal jam and fresh fruit, and Coffee Jello with lemon chiffon cake, whip cream and puffed rice dusted with matcha.
