The Rat’s Nest Cave, with its isolation, history, empowerment, and peacefulness, is the perfect medium for guests to allow themselves the opportunity to disconnect from distraction and reconnect with their values. Personal resilience is built with a focus on empathy and gratitude, which will be a structural theme throughout the mindful experience: starting in the office,, continuing throughout the approach to the entrance, down through the winding passages to the heart of the mountain, and then throughout the process of the return.
