Shakespeare By The Bow
Sail to an enchanted island where a mysterious storm washes both romance and revenge ashore. Spirits will run high in Shakespeare’s most magical tale of love, family, and forgiveness. Starring a cast of emerging theatre talent, their annual outdoor production is a magnificent way to spend a summer’s evening. Grab a blanket, a picnic, and take in one of Shakespeare’s greatest plays in one of Calgary’s favourite places. All Performances are Pay What You Will.
This Years Play: As You Like It
This summer, follow our brave heroine Rosalind, and her cousin Celia, as they escape the rigid rules of court life for the wilds and freedom of the Forest of Arden. Here, they will fall in and out of love, encounter one of Shakespeare’s greatest fools, and discover the value of true friendship.
