Get ready to sample local creations from Tokyo Chopsticks on March 16. Tokyo Chopsticks is a local YYC Pop-up featuring contemporary Japanese Food + Raman crafted by the talented Chef Keisuke. Chef Keisuke was born in Tokyo Japan. His experiences are in Italian, Japanese, and Ramen. Keisuke takes a different approach with his non-traditional Japanese food, by including his mix of food experiences within the industry. Many of the dishes are made with local ingredients, and include plates such as a warming Japanese Curry Miso Ramen, and a flaming spicy sesame chicken topped with cucumbers. He then developed his concept into: CREATE x LOCAL x SNS.
