Gentle yin yoga with Nina Hurlbert 1-2PM. All levels welcome and no experience needed.
Proceeds go to Queen City Pride.
Yin yoga focuses on postures held for longer periods of time and various body components. Calm your mind relax your muscles and bring awareness to the breath to settle the body. All participants are invited to join the iced tea social after class.
Come attend a yoga class make new social connections and support an important cause in our community.
