Knudsen, and renowned entertainer Nikolai Smith, say this five-hour evening adventure is all about separating reality from fantasy in the paranormal field, and engages the audience through participation in the entire night.
Find out how the “psychics” do what they do by learning their tricks, have fun with mind-bending experiments, learn about mind over matter, and how genuine paranormal activity gets separated from it all.
This evening is all about perception and the journey to understanding where our mind ends and reality begins… or does it?
The Multicultural Heritage Centre will set the attendees at ease with a family-style country dinner in the dining room, with exclusive dinner hosts from the centre, who can tell stories about things that go “bump” in the night (and the mornings, afternoons, and evenings) in the historic structures.
Those purchasing the VIP tickets will get two complimentary beverages, and coveted after-hours access to the centre, to gain full immersion in the paranormal activity that centre staff will tell you is just part of the workings on what is rumoured to be the most haunted site in Alberta.
Those purchasing the after-hours package will receive gifts from the centre, an opportunity to participate in a paranormal “spooky” photo shoot with an acclaimed photographer, and door prizes.
Attendees will learn through lecture and experience, and those staying late will get an additional learning component about the history of exorcism, followed by a fire show as a tribute to the tradition of warding off any ill effects from poking around our generally friendly co-habitants. Knudsen cautions that it’s only to honour the tradition, and doesn’t actually protect anyone from the paranormal… so, please, don’t poke the bear.
