Events Description

First Nation, Métis and Inuit peoples and cultures will be celebrated through interactive experiences, cultural demonstrations, artisans, cuisine and live concerts.

Experience a Pow-Wow, visit displays and take part in interactive activities by community partners from all across the Edmonton region, make bannock over the fire, watch live concerts all afternoon and evening, visit the artisan marketplace and enjoy a snack from a local food truck.

Celebrate some of Edmonton’s best Indigenous and Metis performers as they take the stage from 2:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. We will start the day with a mini-powwow demonstration 11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. Musical headliner is 3-time Grammy Award winning artist, speaker and musician Bill Miller at 5:50 p.m. Educational and community displays, Indigenous artisans, and food trucks will be set up onsite throughout the day.
