Events Description
Looking for a great fishing spot to call your own? Alberta Conservation Association and Alberta Environment and Parks have stocked waterbodies across the province to create over 260 different fishing opportunities.
Hermitage Park Pond, Fort Lion’s Community Fish Pond and Morinville Fish and Game Pond have all had rainbow trout stocked in the past two weeks.
In addition to these three locations, there are numerous other stocked waterbodies in the Edmonton area. Depending on the location you select, fishing can take place from the shore or may require a float tube or small boat.
Hermitage Park Pond pond and other ponds mentioned are free for public use. *Boating at Hermitage Park Pond. Please note gas and electric motors are not permitted.
