Sensitive Santa at Kingsway Mall

Book your appointment to take a sensory-friendly photo with Santa from a safe distance at an all new Santa set at Kingsway Mall. Visiting Santa is part of many families’ holiday traditions, but it can be difficult for children with sensory processing difficulties, due to bright lights, noise, and crowds. Kingsway’s sensory-friendly photos with Santa will be a time for kids to see Santa Claus with the usual holiday music and lights turned off to provide a quiet, calm and supportive environment for families and children with sensory and mobility needs in mind.

Santa will be located on the upper level of the mall across from Bath & Body Works. Sensitive Santa appointments are available one hour after the mall closes on Sundays in the month of December. To ensure the health and safety of all, there will be no direct contact with Santa and appointments are required. Masks will be mandatory for guests, staff and Santa throughout the entire experience (including the photo).

Visits with Santa will include one-way traffic flow, designated entrance/exit points, clearly marked waiting areas, minimal touch points and numerous hand sanitizing stations.
