Te Deum Singers Spring Concert: Sing Me to Heaven

Edmonton’s choral music enthusiasts will thrill to Sing Me to Heaven, a concert of varied seasonal selections by the Te Deum Singers.
Conductor, Diana Wiens describes the repertoire, “It’s all about the assurance and the comfort of faith with beautiful choral arrangements of classical pieces such as Mendelssohn’s If with all your hearts from the Oratorio “Elijah”, the familiar Lord’s Prayer” by Malotte, along with hymns, gospel songs and spirituals providing a change of pace.”

Included in the concert is the premier work Love One Another by conductor and composer Marlynn Rey.

Wiens will direct Te Deum’s seventy-five singers, accompanied by Donna Noton and other instrumentalists, once again at Lendrum Mennonite Brethren Church.
