Events Description
Due to recent events we will be hosting this event as a drive-in movie in order to promote a safe, social distanced event. Unlike previous years, this will be a ticketed event with proceeds going to the Edmonton Food Bank. Tickets are limited and will be sold for $10 per vehicle attending with proceeds being donated to Edmonton’s Food Bank.
Please be aware that it will not be permitted to leave your vehicle during this event. There will be no concessions or washrooms on site. As per public health guidelines, please do not attend if you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 or have travelled outside of Canada within 14 days of the event.
The movie being shown at this event is Universal Picture’s Abominable.
Phone numbers, addresses, and license plate information will be collected for Alberta Health Services and will be provided to them on request.
RULES FOR ATTENDEES
1. Vehicles must be parked in alternating stalls (no vehicles should be directly adjacent). Please pay attention to marked stalls and/or volunteers directing traffic.
2. PEOPLE IN VEHICLES – If you do not live with each other then you should not be in the same vehicle together
3. WINDOWS – Do not have windows open more than a crack and only if you’re smoking or your windows are foggy.
4. RESPECT – respect the staff on site we are only there trying to keep everybody safe.
5. STAY INSIDE – Do not leave your vehicle for any reason. You cannot sit in the back of your truck and you cannot sit on your roof.
6. NO CONCESSION – There will be NO concessions on site so there is no reason to leave your vehicle.
7. NO BATHROOMS – There is no bathrooms on site, so once again there is no reason to leave your vehicle. Go to the bathroom before you show up or drive home and go to the bathroom.
These are the rules supplied by Alberta Health Services to be deemed as a safe event and if these rules are broken the event could be shut down.
