Breathing and meditation techniques designed to combat anxiety and depression.
Pre-registration required to ensure the group is contact traceable. All participants must complete our self-screening assessment before taking part. Mats will be 6 feet apart to guarantee proper social distancing.
Space is limited: Phase 2 group size max 9. Phase 3 group size max 30.

On sunny days meet beneath the trees by the Cross St Park entrance. On rainy days meet beneath the band shell by the bathrooms.
