Bingemans Oktoberfest is back for 2021 with a brand new Kool Haus Biergarten! Located in international square, the Biergarten will be a completely outdoor Oktoberfest party featuring live entertainment, traditional Oktoberfest food, your favourite local and German beers, and tons of FUN to be had!
Ticketing will be limited to match the COVID requirements and as well respectful of space to all our festgoers. We will have ample service areas to minimize any line ups including a QR code system where guests can order items in advance and pick up when ready with minimal interactions should they wish. Guests can also pre-order food platters for pick up when they arrive.
Oktoberfest Platter – The ultimate Oktoberfest sample platter is back again for 2021. All of the mouth watering favorites in one place. Have it all to yourself if you have a massive appetite for an Oktoberfest feast, or share it with your friends.
The Platter features our classics: Schnitzel (2), Perogies (8), Pretzels (4), Oktoberfest Sausage (2) with Oktoberfest Mustard and house made Coleslaw.
Bavarian Charcuterie Platter – Baked Potato Salad Skewers with Cripsy Onions, Spun Radish with Honey Mustard Dip, Confit Grape Tomatoes with Whole Roasted Garlic, Sliced Baguette, Pastrami on Pumpernickel with Horseradish Cream and Pickled Red Onion, Pommery Mustard and Red Pepper Devilled Eggs with Chive, Danish Blue Cheese and Salt & Pepper Kale Chips

Brewers Brunch Feature event | Sunday, October 3 – Join us for a Grand Oktoberfest brunch experience! This brunch features an extravagant display of Bavarian infused offerings to entice your appetite. The Brewers brunch includes some of our favorite brunch classics as well as some of our Oktoberfest inspired specialties prepared and offered with Waterloo Brewery Beer and Radler pairings if you choose.
