As with many of London’s cherished summer events, Canada Day celebrations scheduled to occur in London’s downtown core on June 30 and July 1 will not be proceeding as planned, including in-person fireworks at the Fork of the Thames, due to COVID-19 concerns.

However, Londoners will still be able to have some Canada Day fun. Fanshawe Pioneer Village,London Children’s Museum, andMuseum London are moving their Canada Day celebrations online with virtual components for you to enjoy from home. Enjoy live music and historic demonstrations with Fanshawe Pioneer Village as they celebrate “Dominion Day,” make “fireworks” at home with a creative science experiment from the London Children’s Museum, and develop a better understanding of our region’s histories, cultures, and artists with Museum London – and so much more!
