Get ready for things to really heat up this summer as Budweiser Gardens welcomes the Heatwave Hot Sauce Expo’s Summer Market to its outdoor patio on August 28 & 29, 2021!
Since its inception in 2017, the Heatwave Hot Sauce Expo has been Canada’s only event that solely focuses on hot sauce worship, bringing together Canada’s top craft and elite sauce producers for a weekend of spicy fun and entertainment that will send your taste buds on a thrill ride.
The summer edition, presented by Pepper North, will allow patrons the opportunity to mingle with unique producers of spicy sauces that register on the Scoville heat index from mild to extremely freakin’ wild and tastes that range from sweet to extreme heat with each sauce having its own unique flavours that are guaranteed to make your taste buds pop. Patrons will have the chance to sample each of the sauces as they visit the booths, however, chicken wings and vegan options will be available in Bud’s Brew Garden for those who want the ultimate taste test!
Pepper North is a Canadian small business that gives back to its community through partnerships with local farmers. Pepper North’s Stargazer Sauce was featured in season 11 of the popular show Hot Ones, being tasted and endured by celebrities such as Will Ferrell, Justin Timberlake, and Margot Robbie to name a few.
