Festival of Stars returns to the Niagara region for its third annual musical celebration. This December, country and pop performers come together for three concerts highlighting more than 40 years of hits. Headlining this year is Irish singing sensation Daniel O’Donnell, with his band and special guest, Mary Duff. Award-winning country pop singer Crystal Gayle revisits classics including ‘Don’t It Make My Brown Eyes Blue.’ The Irish Jukebox closes this year’s festival, starring Irish crooner Nathan Carter, and featuring former original member of Celtic Woman Chloë Agnew, former members of Daniel O’Donnell’s band, accordionist Ronnie Kennedy and singer/drummer Nigel Connell, as well as Canadian fiddle and stepdancing champions The Fitzgeralds. Daniel O’Donnell

Returning to Festival of Stars, see Irish singing sensation Daniel O’Donnell, with special guest Mary Duff. A household name in countries all over the world with more than 12 million CD and DVD sales and 12 national PBS television specials, Daniel has also had a different album on the UK charts every year for 28 consecutive years. His versatile voice and signature Irish charm have been captivating audiences for almost 40 years. Join him for a concert of favourites, including ‘Danny Boy,’ ‘Rivers of Babylon,’ ‘Stand Beside Me,’ ‘Moon over Ireland,’ and many more.

Crystal Gayle
Award-winning country and pop singer Crystal Gayle joins the lineup of Festival of Stars 2018. Sister of Loretta Lynn, and a Hollywood Walk of Fame inductee in 2017, Crystal is known for her #1 hit ‘Don’t It Make My Brown Eyes Blue,’ which also won her a GRAMMY Award in 1978. She’s had 17 other songs at the top of the Billboard charts during the 1970s and 80s, as well as awards from the Country Music Association, the Academy of Country Music, and the American Music Awards. At Festival of Stars, Crystal will perform hits from her most recent album, All My Tomorrows, as well as her biggest hits from her 40+ years in the music business.

The Irish Jukebox starring Nathan Carter
After his first North American tour in September 2017, Irish crooner Nathan Carter is returning to Canada to headline The Irish Jukebox during Festival of Stars 2018. See Nathan and his band perform a program of hits from his new album, Livin’ the Dream, old country favourites, contemporary standards like ‘Bridge Over Troubled Water,’ and his popular songs ‘Galway Girl’ and ‘Wagon Wheel.’

Joining Nathan are Ronnie Kennedy, accordion great and former member of Daniel O’Donnell’s band, Chloë Agnew, former original member of Celtic Woman, Nigel Connell, The Voice of Ireland finalist and former drummer of O’Donnell’s band, as well as Canadian fiddle and stepdancing champions The Fitzgeralds.
