Let us bring Serbia to you! Festival goers can explore the beauty of the Serbian culture through dance, mouth-watering food and great music. Entrance and parking is free.
The Ottawa Serbian Festival is an authentic cultural celebration offering festival goers:
Food Village will tantalize your taste buds with traditional fare of Roasted Pork or Lamb, grilled Cevapi-Serbian sausage, Burek- filo pastry with your choice of meat, cheese or cheese and spinach filling.
- Sac (pronounced “Sach” – a traditionally prepared stew of lamb, potatoes and spices simmering in cast iron pots buried in charcoal pits
- Drink Tent- enhance your food with our traditional Sljivovica
- Desserts- can you say, “YUM”
What’s a festival without live music, dance performances and performances from local Serbian folk dance groups. Come join us to learn the Kolo, our national dance.
Serbian Marketplace- stock the pantry with items from the Balkans
We are known for our hospitality and want you do immerse yourself in culture.
