Join us on Thanksgiving long weekend, as Gatineau Park celebrates Algonquin culture. Anishinabe Nibin, or “Algonquin summer,” is a great opportunity to learn more about the traditional Algonquin way of life, as well as a chance to see artisans at work.

PROGRAM
Demonstrations: How to build a birchbark canoe, how to make snowshoes, how to tan hides
Presentations by Daniel (Pinock) Smith on building a traditional birchbark canoe

Free parking and free activities.
