Events Description
Come for a day of snowshoeing or hiking on a one way predefined trail (if the temperature permits it) at the Vankleek Hill Vineyard located in Vankleek Hill, Ontario. After the hike, wine from Vankleek Hill Vineyard & Kyan Cuisine’s homemade chili will be served on site. Bring your own chairs to relax after your hike.
You will be able to enjoy a campfire and background music.
Food will be served and eaten outside. There will be a designated area with tables available to rest or enjoy the meal (you need to bring your own chair, if you would like to seat down). Make sure to dress accordingly to the weather – it’s an outdoor event.
No snowshoe are available for rental.
Parking is available on site.
Note: There are loose dogs and animal farm on the propriety. Dog are welcome on a leash.

Rules for check-in
You must arrive during your time slot to have access to the trail. Come see us at the check in booth. Make sure to have a proof of your ticket on hand. Electronic version is highly recommended but make sure to have a paper version as a back up.
Check in is mandatory – to respect covid-19 rules, your personal information will be confirmed upon arrival.
A proof of I.D will be mandatory for all adult tickets.

Cancelation, return policy and refunds
The event will be cancelled and fully refunded if the temperature doesn’t cooperate. This decision will take place at the latest two days before the event and everyone will be notified by email.
No refunds will be allowed after purchase.

Covid-19 rules and regulations
– A mask must be worn at all time if the 2 meters distance cannot be respected. Supervision will be made to enforce social distancing rules.
– Tables will be available on site to eat only for the same group that you showed up with. No chairs will be provided – bring your own chairs.
– We reserve the right to ask someone or a group to leave if the rules are not respected.
– If you have covid-19 related symptoms, if you have travelled outside of the country within the last 14 days or if you have been in contact with someone that tested positive, you cannot participate to this event. Screening assessment will be done upon arrival.
– Respect the rules and signage on site.
HOW MUCH
Tickets :
Adults tickets price – 30$ + taxes
Includes: Access to the trail, one glass of wine and a serving of chili + buns. Free coffee will be available all day.
Kids tickets price – 15$ + taxes
Includes: Access to the trail and a serving of chili + buns. Free hot chocolate will be available all day. (18 years old and under)
Toddler under 2 years old – Free
Purchase of tickets will be sold until March 18th at 11:30pm unless sold out before.
The tickets are sold online only and there is a maximum of tickets sold online per time slot. No tickets will be available to buy on site.
Also available on site at extra cost
Kyan Cuisine’s Buddha bowls will be available to buy on site for this special occasion only.
Vankleek Hill mulled wine (hot wine with spices) will be available on site for this special occasion only.
Extra glasses of wine or bottles will be available on site. For purchased purpose, a maximum of 6 people is allowed inside.
