Hummingbird Chocolate Factory Tour

Visit an award-winning, bean to bar chocolate factory! Learn how chocolate is made from scratch and taste delicious things.

Visit our new factory, store and café and we’ll walk you through the process of craft chocolate making – sorting, roasting, cracking, winnowing, grinding, conching, aging, tempering and wrapping. And most importantly, TASTING! The final part of the tour will include a guided chocolate tasting – learn how to taste chocolate like a pro and the importance of terroir.

Tours are 45 minutes and run every Saturday. We look forward to seeing you and sharing our love of craft, artistry and taste!

Who is it for?

Note: we make single origin craft chocolate, almost all dark.

The tour is recommended for children six and older.
