Vintage Pop-up 613 was started by Elena Palanza and Aida Hodkinson, two vintage dealers who thought Ottawa was missing an intimate shopping event focused on locally curated & crafted, vintage inspired, circular economy products. Attendees include vintage clothing and comic collectors, people looking for unique decor items or family heirlooms, and nostalgic kitchenware. This is the last Vintage Pop-up 613 event of 2018 a great way to find local, unique gifts for your loved ones.
As well as supporting local business entrepreneurs, shopping at Vintage Pop Up Shops diverts dollars away from companies that use exploitative labor practices and fast fashion waste ultimately harming the environment. The upcoming event will feature an accessible main hall, retro tunes, free pool and a fully licensed bar upstairs.
