Events Description

Discover the beauty of fall in Saskatchewan! Join us for guided hikes taking place every hour, on the hour, with exciting activities throughout the day. After your hike, grab a warm drink and specialty hot dog from Amphibious Response Support Unit’s fundraiser or check out some guided and self-use activities.
Hiking trail information:

– Easy: Mink Trail – This trail will include lots of stops for interpretation and rest. Low elevation is great for wagons, strollers, and hiking wheelchairs and/or other adaptive mobility appliances. The Mink Trail has beautiful views of Pasqua Lake, is two kilometers in length, and will take 45 minutes to complete.

– Moderate: Eagle & Owl Trails – This hike is a great option for those who don¿t mind a steady incline and decline. Great option for experienced hikers who go without stopping. Covered almost completely by towering trees, these trails will make you forget that you’re in the Prairies! This trail is three kilometers in length and will take 1 hour to complete.

– Moderate: Interpretive Trail – This shorter moderate trail includes two sets of stairs on the steepest sections of the trail but expect a few steep spots without stairs. This trail offers many picture-worthy spots and includes more of an interpretive experience, making it a great option for kids, new Canadians, or anyone that is interested in knowing more about the nature around them. This trail is 1.3 kilometers in length and takes about 45 minutes to complete.
