Join us for an exciting supper with Chef David Westerlund.
Born in Saskatoon and raised in Regina, David began his culinary adventures at an early age after an inspiring trip to Hong Kong. He pursued his professional cooking career at SIAST in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, followed by Vancouver Community College in Vancouver, BC. A Red Seal Chef, David’s culinary style has evolved, with a focus on excellent food quality and outstanding service delivery, using the finest ingredients to create upscale-casual food that is delicious but not pretentious. Working with some of Canada’s most well loved food brands over the past 25 years as well as his current role as Executive Chef for Casinos Regina and Moose Jaw, David has lead culinary-driven kitchen operations and restaurant opens for expansions across Canada for Leopold’s Group, Cactus Club Café, Original Joe’s, State & Main, Elephant & Castle, Chop Steakhouse & Bar, Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse, and the Keg. David is a mentor to aspiring Chefs as the Education Chair for the Regina Chapter of the Canadian Culinary Federation, as well as a role model to two young men who call him Dad.
What happens at the Supper?
Doors open at 5:30, and supper begins at 6:30. We start you off on our outdoor patio(weather permitting) where you can enjoy a glass of wine or non-alcoholic beverage, and enjoy the outdoors and beautiful view of the valley. 20 minutes before the supper begins, we bring you into the winery and take you to your assigned seats. Once everyone is seated, Dean and Sylvia introduce themselves, briefly discuss the history of the orchard, and introduce the chef(s) for the evening. The chef(s) discuss what is on the menu, and proceed with serving the 1st course. After finishing the 2nd course, Dean takes you on a approx 30 minute tour of the orchard(weather permitting) to show many of the fruits we grow, and unique ways we grow them.

Tickets: $70/person, wine flight $25, wine by the glass $7, non-alcoholic beverages available.
