“A Broadway classic about fighting for love or fighting for your ideals.”
No stranger to conflict, Agatha Reed, a wartime journalist turned Congresswoman must face the front lines once again. This time so that her controversial anti-war documentary will be screened as promised during her Alma Mater’s graduation weekend.
Will her one-time lover now university President kowtow to the morally corrupt trustees responsible for financing the school? Will he stand up for what is right or bend for what is easy? Or will Agatha take matters into her own hands – as usual?
This Broadway classic finds renewed relevance and purpose as Persephone Theatre’s 2019 Young Company production.
