The Joy of Winter Wellness Retreat is an outdoor retreat to increase the connection with nature and yourself to increase your wellbeing and reduce stress. Increasing the connection with nature and yourself allows you to view nature, yourself and others in a positive way. This outdoor retreat is for individuals who are looking for support in an outdoor setting to increase their wellbeing and reduce overall stress. The Joy of Winter Wellness Retreat is a full day retreat comprising of five separate workshops based on the five elements connected to nature.
These workshops are intended to enhance participants’ physical and mental wellbeing through various activities in the outdoors.
Choose between 1 hour offerings including:
10:00-11:00 Catching your Breath (Air Element) -Yoga and Breath Exercises
11:30-12:30 Reflecting on our Environment (Earth Element) – Snowshoe and Mandala
1:30-2:30 Harmonizing the Elements (Metal Element) -Walk and Singing Bowl Meditation
3:00-4:00 Dissolving Away Your Worries (Water Element) -Snowshoe and Journaling
4:30-5:30 Expanding to a New You (Fire Element) -Drumming and Movement
All supplies will be provided, but please dress appropriately!
Refreshments and snacks will be provided
All Covid-19 safety guidelines will be followed and supplies will be sanitized between uses.
Participants can choose any of the five workshops for $25 per workshop.
