Events Description

Acupressure points are used for health and wellness by applying pressure on parts of the body to treat pain points. This knowledge comes from ancient Chinese Medicine philosophy. Acupressure can be done using fingers, palms, elbows or feet. Participants will learn the skills on how to use finger pressure to possibly relieve ailments. As a bonus, a five point facial demonstration will be shown with a meridian tool, for beauty and health.
