Events Description
On March 3, guests of Uncle Rays can enjoy a one-night special menu collaboration with Chef Kris Hansen of The Carbon Bar and Chef Michael Angeloni of Uncle Ray’s.
Featuring a five-course menu with drink pairings set at $75 per person, each menu includes indulgent eats like grilled oysters and caviar, bourbon chicken liver pate, winter veg carpaccio, and confit duck leg on bone marrow. Each course will be paired with palate-pleasing drinks.
