On November 19, pay homage to fromage with us at Biff’s Bistro! Chefs John Horne and Bill Osborne have teamed up with Cheese Boutique’s Afrim Pristine and pastry chef Cori Osborne to bring you the cheesiest dinner imaginable. The evening will kick off with a wine and cheese reception in the Biff’s bar, as guests are invited to sample some of Afrim’s most beloved French and Ontario cheeses. Guests will then be seated in the dining room for a three-course dinner incorporating each of those cheeses. As an added bonus, every guest will go home with their own signed copy of For The Love of Cheese, Afrim’s new cookbook featuring 60 easy and cheesy recipes.
