For the past three years I have tried to get tickets & its never available. My 7 year old see’s the lights from the road on Jane Street when I drive home from work with him every night & constantly asks me to go. I really hope I can take him this year. Will try again for tickets on November 4th 2023.

It’s absolutely an effed up system very poorly designed – frustrating and disappointing to say the least. Canadian Tire SHOULD get a NEW website if they want us to believe they care about customer experience. Wast of time!

So dissatisfied! Waited in queue 2 hours and when it was time to purchase they were all sold out. This is every release date I tried and I got in queue exactly at noon today when the tickets were released. My 3 sisters got the same sold out when they tried to purchase after waiting on line hours. Yet, my coworkers gets tickets every year and goes 2-3 times a year. Maybe it should be allowed only once a year per vehicle.

Total piece of garbage system Canadian Tire has put in place to TRY and purchase 2022 tickets. After waiting for over and hour, when my time came to purchase tickets all the dates were sold out.

Two family members tried to get tickets at the 10:30 am start time. All tickets were sold out exactly at 10:30 am, just like other people are saying. We kept trying for quite some time with the same “sold out” posted in each time slot. It looks as though these tickets were sold out before the 10:30 am start time. We are very disappointed !

Terrible system!!!!!!!!. My husband was in the middle of inputting his info and then it said not available even though he had already clicked it and was entering info. On other sites, you get that an allotted time to enter you info so no one else can take that time away. That is clearly what this site needs. I am highly disappointed with the overall organization for this and have expressed that in a email to them. Clearly a popular event but not well organized at all.

Agree with Mario & Katrina –
The site is dysfunctional with zero ability to purchase tickets on the dates & times as specified online. Terrible user experience. Unfortunate for Canadian Tire and especially the charities they’re working do hard for us to donate and happily donate to.

I went to the site to purchase tickets on the day and time that it said and everything was already sold. Within in seconds. How does that happen? Honestly, I think someone bought all tickets and is selling them off site. I am completely disappointed. Not interested anymore.
