City Hall Live returns to Nathan Phillips Square with lunch-time concerts from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. on Wednesdays, from June 20 to August 29 and on Thursdays, from July 12 to August 30.
City Hall Live was launched by the City of Toronto to create more paid live music opportunities for the city‘s vibrant and varied talent. Since 2016, this free concert series provided performance opportunities for 70 bands and groups and was attended by approximately 24,000 people. Most of the program expenses, such as artist fees and production costs, are generously supported by TD Bank Group in partnership with Music Canada.
Indie-Folk band Highgate Road will kick off City Hall Live at Nathan Phillips Square on June 20. Soul, jazz and R&B performer Chelsea Stewart will appear on June 27, followed by Blues Rock band Bill Wood and The Woodies on July 4.
While enjoying the music on Wednesdays, shop local at the Farmers Market which offers many fresh food options and runs until October 24 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. On Thursdays check out the food trucks on the square from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Concerts will not be held on August 9 or 16.
