“Dancing with the Universe”, dance-theatre production co-directed by Vivian Chong, choreographer Kathleen Rea, and dramaturge Tristan Whiston. Vivian tells her story of sight loss from a rare reaction to ibuprofen through dance, song, drawing, and text alongside a cast of six dancers Brayden Cairns, Hannah Drover, Karen Kaeja, Ben Landsberg, Emily Leblanc, Suzanne Liska, and Elise Tigges and cellist Cheryl O. A story of the resiliency of the human spirit. Includes book launch of Vivian’s “Dancing After TEN” graphic memoir.

RELAXED PERFORMANCE. Audience lights will not be fully dimmed. People may come and go as they please. An announcement will be made about possible triggers and letting people know they may “stim” during the show by making noises or moving. ASL INTERPRETATION provided for this performance.
