7 Tips for your trip!

  1. Do not go here

This is a nightmare event. During a pandemic why wouldn’t you open the windows of the train or the 20-min bus shuttle?! No social distancing in the tent during the long wait for the train. The emcee was unmasked and trying to hype the crowd by yelling into a microphone — why no mask for him? He coughed and sneezed!!! What a needless risk we took in an attempt to have a fun day out with our child. Wish we had read the reviews first and stayed away.

Bad bad bad experience another way of robbing people dont go here waste of time and money. The kid on the sidewalk has a better view than the people who paid for the ticket. Shame on you day with thomas uxbridge shame on you!

Yeah this is bad and dis organized organization paid $20 for parking far from where you board the shuttle bus. Deeply regret taking my kids to this place would highly not suggest to anyone to come
Here. The crews on the train station were rude and
Rushing you to take a picture with the train the kid on sidewalk has better view than the people who who paid for the ticket. Shame on you all whoever created this organization you guys robbed a lot
    Of people.

This is a disgrace. Nowhere on their ads does it say you have to park 10kms away from the station ( which is the address printed on their tickets). Then you pay $20 to park in a field, get shuttled in a yellow school bus to the station, herd into a waiting area, and get on an old train that has ceiling banners with Thomas material. A few old conductors walk around, trying to be friendly while the train goes a mile up the track through woods, then comes back. You file off the train, and finally get a photo op in front of the Thomas locomotive. Then back on the bus to the field, where they have a few bouncy castles set up, and a miniature train ride for the kids ( the only good thing in the event ). I would never do this again – and anyone thinking about this or the Polar Express in a few months – THINK TWICE. This is a ripoff!!!!!

Absolutely terrible. Pay 20 for parking in a field? There’s a few blow up houses….cold food that was disgusting… 20 min ride to the station on a bus?? Each way. Then 1.5 HOUR WAIT TO GET ON THE TRAIN this is an event targeted at children 5 and under….these people running this obviously don’t have toddlers and infants who cannot stand in line this long. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY we were so excited for our son but am BEYOND DISAPPOINTED

I not sure where you were but we were in Uxbridge today. We were shuttled from the arena to the station; you were boarded like that for safety reasons; when we’d finished the ride we took our own pics of the kids with Thomas; there was plenty to eat at the arena; everyone on our train had loads of fun; your only valid complaint as far as we were concerned was that it was far too hot in the arena! Sorry you didn’t have a good time, but it was not our experience at all.

I will never do this again or recommend this to anyone with children. We had to walk 15 mins uphill, with children, to the arena from the parking lot. The ads were really misleading. Arriving 15 mins before as they recommended will not suffice. The train doesn’t stop for photos and you board towards the back of the train so children have no idea they are actually on Thomas. The train is a slow ride, stops and goes back, no announcement or anything. No scenery, just bush. Getting a photo or getting your child to see front of Thomas is a nightmare. The line was so long (and it was so uncoordinated) We had to wait for the train to board, depart and return to get to see the front of Thomas and take photos. Children and parents were all upset. No one left that place with a smile on their face. Everyone looked so disappointed. I never saw food to purchase at the arena. Their was no signage. They gave you an oversized map (pretty inconvenient to navigate while watching two boys run after the many toys for purchase). The area was also hot and humid, the air was off or not working. Went to the cashier to pay for my kids toys (they deserved them for their patience today) to learn the photo was behind, no big deal…but get this…Waiting to get the photos we were told the guy had to drive to the station to get the SD card Hahahah! We didn’t get the photos we waited so long for. Then 15 mins walk back to our car. Never. Again.
    Suggestions:
    1. Shuttle buses from all parking lots to take ppl to arena
    2. Start boarding lines from the front of the train so kids know they are on Thomas!
    3. Have a stationary thomas face so people can take pics and not have to wait for the train to return. Kids in line in the heat for over 40 mins is not right.
    4. When a ticket is purchased let people know what to expected. Every single child and parents leaving there looked upset.
    5. Have a mascot, sir topam hat walk through the slow train ride and greet kids with the train certificate.
    6. Have proper signage at the arena!
