Events Description

On April 27-28th, The Distillery District is kicking off its first-ever ‘The Distillery’s Gone Daffodil’ – an open-air, family-fun event in support of The Canadian Cancer Society.

Over the course of the weekend, event-goers will experience fun and easy ways to donate and show support for the Canadian Cancer Society, including purchasing a bouquet of yellow flowers, attaching a yellow lock to The Distillery District’s famous LOVE locks and purchasing a specialty dessert at one of the Distillery District’s restaurants (Madrina, El Catrin, Archeo Trattoria, Pure Spirits Oyster House and Grill and Cluny Bistro).

Additionally, at ‘The Distillery’s Gone Daffodil,’ The Distillery District will be transformed into a massive yellow playground of activities and visual spectacles including, a daffodil yellow flower market, interactive and unique yellow-coloured installations and a showcase of yellow cars to generate awareness for Canadian Cancer Society’s Wheels of Hope volunteer program and encourage volunteer signup.
