Events Description
Join us on Family Day at the Rouge Valley Conservation Centre as we learn about the birds in the Rouge and take part in the annual backyard bird count at your own home. Staff will be on hand to help with bird identification and kids can come and make a bird feeder and other bird crafts.
For the more serious birder, you can come and build and decorate your own wooden birdbox. We provide all the materials, tools, and instructions. Cost to make the birdbox is $25.
Please email info@rvcc.ca to sign up.
Coffee, tea, and hot chocolate will be available all day so remember to bring your travel mug!
***Don’t forget to sign your kids up for our March Break Camp at the event! Visit www.rvcc.ca for more information!***
