Events Description

JerkFest is an annual event celebrating jerk cuisine and Caribbean culture organized by not-for-profit organization Caribbean Promotions Arts & Culture Inc. It was initially started in 2002 to fill the void after the hype of Caribana and extend the Caribbean festive summer season.

The full weekend of delicious food, family fun & activities will be capped off by a night full of music and dancing.

Four-time Grammy nominee and platinum-selling artist, the legendary Jeffrey Osborne, along with multi-platinum artist, the great Ginuwine, headline Men of Soul II on Friday.

2019 will mark Jerk Festival’s 18th year. Every year in August, Centennial Park comes alive with the largest annual Jerk event of the year. Over 60,000 people come to enjoy the only food festival that provides an authentic taste of the Caribbean while enjoying the best in Reggae music.
