Is your family staycationing this March Break? We recommend scheduling some tropical together time in the lush greenhouses at Allan Gardens!
Join us at FOAG’s March Break Family Drop-In from 1-2:30 pm on Tuesday, March 17 for kids activities and hot apple cider. We’ll be planting veggie seeds to take home, learning about vermi-composting and going on a scavenger hunt in the conservatory.
You can also visit our mini pop-up plant shop with a special section containing non-toxic plants that are easy for young gardeners to grow at home! Plant sales are cash only.
Who is it for?
Activities are best suited to kids from 2 – 10 years of age (but we suspect that parents and older siblings will love them too 😉
A donation of $2-5 per child is greatly appreciated! All donations directly support delivery of our Child and Family Drop-In programming.
No registration is needed. Parental supervision is required – please note that this is not a drop-off program.
