The experiments have taken over the lab! Join us at Halloween Lab for an afternoon of science shows, hands on experiments and, of course, candy and costumes galore.
Spin! Pop! Boom!: This thrilling performance will explore a combination of chemistry and physics with a spooktacular twist. Audiences will be amazed by our colour change demonstration. Children will be awed as the Mad Scientist creates an extra hand to help with our experiments. Children will witness a number of exothermic reactions that will produce a Genie Out of a Bottle and a Giant Foam Snake. The fundamental forces of planet Earth will be summoned as the Mad Scientist turns a glass of water upside-down without spilling a drop. We will also challenge the odds with a bungee jumping glass bottle.
Hands on science stations will be set up where kids of all ages can try out a series of guided experiments, including:
Slime
Silly Putty
Pressure
Dry Ice
UV Beads
Our littlest scientists can get busy in our Monster Petting Zoo, and Sensorium (sensory play stations).
