This September, experience a special menu from Little DaiLo. After accomplishing a series of wildly appreciated pop-up shops under the name GwaiLo, Chef Nick Liu went on to open his current project: DaiLo on College Street. Specializing in New Asian Cuisine, DaiLo has gained critical acclaim, including making the Top 100 Best Restaurants in Canada list two years in a row.
At DaiLo, the heart of the menu is a love and respect for the dishes Chef Nick Liu ate growing up as eating well is a fundamental part of his cooking mantra. The New Asian Cuisine is predominantly Chinese fare, but the cooking styles follow French tradition. Ancient favourites are augmented by Liu’s signature flair and updated to suit the western palate and the modern demand for local and sustainable ingredients.
